In a bold move driven by a vision for excellence, Jessica ventured into entrepreneurship, founding her own specialty recruiting firm, Prestige Talent Solutions, that provides a distinct and personalized approach to talent acquisition. Her firm is dedicated to connecting the right talent with organizations that share a vision for success.

 

She is an active member of Woman in Manufacturing. The membership underscores her commitment to diversity and inclusion within the manufacturing and distribution sectors. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, graduating Cum Laude, and uses the principles of psychology to help her successfully match top talent to available positions.

​Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jessica is a devoted mom, finding joy and inspiration in her family life. In her downtime, she is an avid reader and is passionate about traveling.
